Half-Earth Project Joins with Citi at Biodiversity Event

The E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation and Half-Earth Project will feature in a new sustainability event on biodiversity loss by Citi, this week Wed Oct 6.
The Citi Global Insights team recently published a ground-breaking report “Biodiversity – The Ecosystem at the Heart of Business.”
Citi is hosting “The Twin Crisis: Climate Change & Biodiversity Loss” on Wednesday 6th October, 13:00-17:00 BST (8:00-12:00 ET, 14:00-18:00 CET). The event will showcase the Report and discuss #biodiversity – and how we can integrate it into business and finance – with some of the world’s leading experts. See the program below with the list of guest speakers.
Esteemed biologist, Professor E.O. Wilson, together with Paula Ehrlich, President & CEO, E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation and co-founder of Half-Earth Project will join Keith Tuffley, Global Co-head Sustainability and Corporate Transitions at Citi in a conversation with Dr. Ying Qing, Thematic Analyst at Citi.

Citi will also participate in Half-Earth Day on Fri Oct 22, where Keith Tuffley and Anita McBain, Head of ESG Research, EMEA at Citi, will lead a panel on Companies and Investors for a Half-Earth Future. Both events feature E.O. Wilson and Paula Ehrlich and focus on the important ways businesses can take advantage of this moment for biodiversity to save the natural world.
